Pollard to Join Indiana Brass Faculty

Starting in the Fall of 2017, Denson Paul Pollard, current Bass/Tenor Trombone of the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra, will be joining the esteemed brass faculty at the Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University. M. Dee Stewart, one of three current trombone teachers, will be retiring after spending 37 years at Indiana. Dr. Pollard will be continuing the long-standing trombone tradition at Indiana alongside Carl Lenthe and Peter Ellefson.
