Empire Brass Reunion Concert with Greg Zelek, organ

Alumni of the Empire Brass Quintet will be performing with Madison Symphony organist Greg Zelek to close out the 20th anniversary of the Overture Concert Organ and the Overture Center for the Arts. Performing members include Derek Lockhart, Marc Reese, Gregory Miller, Mark Hetzler, Kenneth Amis, and Matt Endres on percussion. They be performing 4 miniature “sets”: a Renaissance music set, an Empire set with some of their classics, and Empire Composer set including an original work by Kenneth Amis and a commission by Mark Hetzler written for the anniversary, and ending with an American music set.
